Beautiful hotel located just next door to the loch, and the beach on Loch Broom. Stunning location close to ferry terminal, easy to get around. For shots visit Ferry Boat Inn Restaurant, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the venue.

Enjoyed Ullapool, the hotel was friendly close to centre of Ullapool. I had a twin room included with coffee machine which was a nice touch, the garden, as for instance. The rate was £ 87.

I enjoyed a fantastic one-night stay with my family, and the stunning view over the loch was the highlight. The room was incredibly comfortable, with cozy bedding that made for a perfect night's sleep. I really appreciated the warm hospitality from the innkeeper, who was very accommodating despite us having a last-minute stay due to flight issues. Definitely a magical place worth a few nights!

The location is realy quiet n convenient for a chill time. I found the room super cozy with such a homey feel. Linda n david were just the best hosts, super helpful n friendly. Loved that the breakfast had a good spread too. Every morn, woke up n got to enjoy the fab views of the loch.

Only downside was the minor issue we had with the bathroom but it got sorted fast. The room coulda been a bit bigger honestly.

It was just a reliable pick for a whistle-stop in Ullapool with best value for money ratio. The views were lovely from the conservatory where breakfast would have been. Make sure to check in advance if meals are available during your stay.

Fine Views and Delicious Breakfast

My wife and I had an very nice 4-night stay. The breakfast was superb, with a great selection of fresh and local ingredients, and we loved the panoramic views of Loch Broom from our table. The beautiful birds in the garden added to the homely ambiance. The only downside was that the room could have been a bit larger.

The location is superb, just a short walk from all the local bars and restaurants. Our beautiful double room with sea view was cozy and well-equipped with tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast was a highlight, with a fresh fruit salad every morning and a fine view of the loch. David was very friendly and helpful upon our arrival.

The barbecue spots and local haunts were a real treat! Don't miss the Ferry Boat Inn for some hearty fare-perfect for those post-adventure munchies! Plus, the room's view was bonnie, and the cozy atmosphere at Lochview.

The room was a tad on the small side, with a cramped bathroom. I felt a wee bit ripped off for the price, especially after being greeted by a grumpy bloke who didn't seem too keen on listening to visitors' needs. A bit of a letdown with no breakfast one morning, too.

The bathroom lacked ventilation. The bed felt narrow, made sleeping a bit challenging. I also didn't encounter the owners , which would have been nice for a more personal touch.

The host was so accommodating, our stay was stress-free. We couldn't ask for a better spot for our family getaway, especially with dad around.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly breakfast options available.

Really good Scottish Getaway with Fine Views!

The sea view from our room was amazing, especially at sunrise. We enjoyed hearty breakfasts that fueled our adventures along the NC 500. Linda, our host, crafted personalized recommendations for exploring the area!

The guest house offered a charming stay with lovely views and welcoming hosts, however, Wi-Fi could definitely be improved, and one room felt a bit dark. Breakfast choices were impressive, especially with fresh fruit each morning which balanced out the cooked options nicely.
